



MacKenzie’s Peak sleeps 6 people in 2 double and one twin bedded rooms. A travel cot, high chair and stair gates are available for one infant under two. The downstairs floor is fully tiled and benefits from the comfort of underfloor heating; lovely to walk on with bare feet first thing in the morning or after stepping out of the shower!, whilst the upstairs has oil central heating.
Situated on the first floor to take advantage of the view from the large picture window, the spacious lounge has two comfy settees and a further two chairs which can be positioned for wildlife spotting from the window. There is a TV with “freesat from Sky” package, DVD ( small library), Radio/CD, bookcase with games, jigsaws and books of local interest as well as walks, fiction etc.
Large well equipped modern kitchen with all the appliances that you would expect from a “home from home”; washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier, large fridge freezer and microwave. A Rangemaster electric cooker makes an impressive focal point. The kitchen leads through to the dining room which has a large reclaimed pine table to seat six comfortably while taking in the outstanding sea views over breakfast perhaps? Wall mounted TV in dining room.
Two bedrooms downstairs; one double and one twin with a downstairs shower room with toilet. Master bedroom with 5ft bed and wall mounted TV located on first floor, as is main bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. All bed linen and towels are provided.
